L’Oréal sees growth opportunities by being a leader in beauty tech

"L’Oréal is using tech to be more consumer-centric and drive business growth in an “era of digital data and influence”, says its chief digital and marketing officer.

Speaking at the WFA’s Global Marketer Week in Brussels, Asmita Dubey conceded that influence is shifting because “it lies more with individuals than with institutions and corporations”, while big brands are at an “inflection point” as they lean more into communities and working with a rising number of creators."
